Thursday, May 31st - Toddler's Table

I wish I was able to post a picture of Addy sitting at her toddler room table. It is so adorable! 5 little babies sitting around a little table eating snack. So cute! On today's menu were cheese-it like crackers. Since I came during snack time, Addy took her's to go. Its really incredible to me how much she is growing up. When I first dropped her off at day care she couldn't hold her own bottle and she couldn't even sit up on her own. Now she is sitting at a big kid table all by herself, eating all by herself, and even signaling "more" to communicate. Its also hard to believe (but very exciting) that next week will be the last week Addy will be in daycare for the summer. Woo Hoo!

Since she is going to miss daycare tomorrow, I dressed her in her Phillies Friday today!

Miss Kelly came out of her classroom (the infant A room) to tell me how much she LOVED Addyson's shirt. She said that Chooch is her favorite Phillie and that she was really surprised how horrible his English is. I told her that Josh thinks its just because he doesn't want to have to do interviews :)

Wednesday, May 30th - First taste of our "garden"

They keep telling me at daycare that Addyson is doing AWESOME in the toddler room! Go Addy!

When we got home today, Addyson had her first taste of our "garden" on our deck. She really did seem to like the snow pea!

Tuesday, May 29th - Hot and Humid

Addy was HOT today. She is just like her father, very warm blooded. She kept trying to escape outside to cool off, but unfortunately it wasn't any cooler out there then it was in our house. We did venture out to my school though. We had a union meeting this evening to discuss our contract negotiations. Hopefully it will all work out soon!

Monday, May 28th - Memorial Day

We spent the first part of today, driving back from the beach, along with what seemed like a million of our closest friends on the road. Addyson did great again on the way home. Such a great change from last year!! At our house, we discovered that some of our plants were either blooming or had some vegetation on them!

You guys can drive, and I'll walk, and we'll see who gets there first!

Sunday, May 27th - Running the Boards

Josh and I took the opportunity this morning to go running with Chris on the Wildwood Boardwalk. It felt great to get back at it again! But Josh might say otherwise. ;) After our run we all went out to eat for breakfast. This time, Addyson decided to get a little run in!

We spent the rest of today watching some kites and going out to dinner at Owen's Pub again. Another great day down at Wildwood!
