The kiddos started the day by playing with Mimi as she watched them today while we were at work. Even though it was raining all day long, I know they all had a great day. Addyson and Caden were so peaceful at the end of the day which means they had a very, relaxing, PJ kind of day. And I'm so thankful!
And from yesterday... the mustache :)
After dinner, we finished packing and loaded the car for the beach!! Addy was oh so excited!
Saturday was the Captian Kidd Pirate Parade and Addyson, Caden and Pop Pop all did an awesome job!! Addy loved looking for treasure. Caden loved sleeping. And Pop Pop's float was still the huge hit in the parade!! It made all of the little kids and Pop Pop's jealous. Really jealous. Really, really jealous. Many comments were made during the parade from bystanders like, "Why can't you build something like this?" or "How long did that take?!" or "Jimmy go stand by the ship so I can get your picture." Great Job, Dad!!
