Today was the first day that I received a call from day care telling me that Addyson needed to be picked up because she had a 102 degree fever! Poor Addy! Luckily it was right before I was going to leave anyway. When I got there poor Addy was at the sick table (this bug is going through all the kiddos) having some juice. Her eyes were swollen and red. She had a snotty nose and one heck of a cough. Poor Addy!
I called the doctors and was able to get her in at 7, thankfully! And thankfully it's not a bacterial infection just a cold that needs to run it's course.
I'm staying home with Addy tomorrow because of her high fever, and hopefully she'll be good to go on Wednesday!!
