Caden week 2

I figured since I'm so behind catching up on all that we have done for the past 8 weeks, I will just group everything by week (and then hopefully I can stay on track, we will see).

Josh was still home on paternity leave :)

Addyson was still silly

Caden was still adorable, but so tiny! That is a newborn size which was on the big side.

Addy wanted a mustache

And discovered a love for playing under the rock and play. And playing with the cats (since I was a little per-occupied)

Caden practiced to be a duck

And he slept a lot :) Which was WONDERFUL

Still sleeping

Addyson liked to make messes

I fell in love with the rock and play, this thing is awesome!

New bedtime routines were established

Cartoons were watched after nap time

Caden is a sleeper in his car seat, the complete opposite of Addyson!!

Fun times were had a Monkey Joes!

Tummy Time. Caden could hold his head up right away! Not very far or long, but still I was impressed.

Caden Week One

Arts and crafts

Addyson loves to make things. Addy loves all art projects so much so that she has been known to finish other kids artworks for them at school. So, since she hasn't been at school to complete artwork, we've been making our own at home.

Happy 3rd Birthday Addyson

It's so hard to believe that you are 3 today! You have gone from a newborn who would always stand up lock legged to a curious animal sound loving toddler to sweet and smart big sister.

You amaze me every day! I love you oh so much Addyson!

Today we tried to go to Monkey Joes (but April Fools they were closed, for real). So instead we went to Jungle World, had DQ, watched Tinkerbell (and I didn't make you nap) and had pizza and cake for dinner. It was a great day!!

And hung out with a sometimes happy but mostly fussy Caden.

Played outside, but you dumped all of your bubble solution out so you could splash in it.

And painted each others faces!

Except Caden didn't want any part of it.

And we tried to take a selfie but the flash was too bright.
