Sleeping, or lack there of

Newborns are hard. Lack of sleep is hard. Not feeling normal because of a pain from a c-section and breast feeding is hard. But thankfully we have so far lucked out with a pretty chill, cool, little baby!

This is not saying he can't be hard (because all baby's can) or that he sleeps wonderfully (because he doesn't). But he is pretty awesome most f be time.

Since we have come home from the hospital he has given us one longer stretch of sleep at night (around 3 hours) and then increments of about an hour and a half. Hopefully he will start to lengthen his sleep, but the fortunate part is that he is mostly very calm when he wakes up at night and is usually back to sleep within 45 minutes of waking.

Also, right now he still sleeps through most of the day. Which is nice because I'm running around with Addy. I know it will change soon though, but nce he's bigger I know Addy can't wait to start really playing with him!
