Addy is ONE!

At Addyson's school every morning, they have circle time. One of the routines in circle time is having every child say their own name and age. Just recently, maybe in the last month or so, Addyson has finally, but sadly goodbye Yah Yah, been able to say her own name "Addy" (pronounced with a really high pitched, and adorable Aahh sound).  But just this week, Addyson can now say her name AND how old she is! Now when I ask how old she is, she says ONE and not two (like she used to).

And I finally went running outside today, since the weather has was pretty decent. I beat the rain, AND I loved the new running jacket mom had gotten me. It was perfect for this type of weather!

Philadelphia Wings Game

On Sunday, we went to the Philadelphia Wings game. Addyson seemed to have a great time. She loved walking, playing around in the suite, eating crab fries, cheering, and hanging out with Mommy and Daddy!

When Daddy's Away, We Play!

On Saturday morning, Josh had to work. So, that meant that we could have a girl's morning! We colored, read books, played with her baby, sang songs, had snacks, and played with each others hair!

Once we tired ourselves out... we took a nap. Well Addy took a nap, I cuddled with her, and I watched Downton Abbey.

Oh, Canada - Flashback Friday

I haven't done a flashback for a while, so enjoy some flashback pictures of a Vendrick family vacation. These are from our Summer Vacation of 2003 to Maine and Canada. I loved some of these, some of these made me LAUGH, and all of these brought back great memories!

Sorry for all of the pictures... I couldn't help myself! :)

This weird hair picture that Mom remembered from her visit as a child. Still hanging (as of 2003) in Prince Edward Island.
