Mommy, Addy Time

Its been so nice to spend these two days off with Addyson. Last night, as I was rocking her, I asked her if she had fun with me and if she would rather be at school. She said YES to both questions. Then I said, "Do you like Miss Tammi better than mommy?" She also said yes. BUT, then I asked, "Do you like mommy better than Miss Tammi?" And she said yes again. So my guess is that she just liked saying, yes. I've enjoyed these days even if Addyson isn't sure :)

Getting Ready for a Birthday Party!

We have spent the last two days making sure we are ready for Addyson's birthday party! And I do mean, we! Addyson is such a great helper (and has finally figured out how to spray without spraying herself)!

Sunday Spring Snow?

Its spring now, but that doesn't mean that its time to go out and enjoy the lovely warm weather yet. Because we have had almost 3-4 inches of snow in the past few days. I know that it was this cold when Addy was born (since it snowed on the day she was born) but it was so warm last year, I think it spoiled us!

Addy has been itching to get outside as much as possible, so we went on a little jaunt outside this past Sunday.

Easter Egg Hunt

I found out on facebook that our local township was having an Easter Egg hunt, this past Saturday. Even though Addy isn't too fond of large mascots, I still thought that she would LOVE the egg hunt. So on Saturday, we battled the COLD spring temperatures and wind chill to go hunting for Easter eggs. Addyson did great! She got the hang of it right away. And since it was close and not that crowded, we were able to leave pretty quickly too so that we didn't freeze.

Addyson loves her baby

So much! She loves feeding, bathing, giving her a stroller ride, changing, and putting to bed her baby. She is such a good mommy!! She loves hanging out in her crib too! But usually only if I'm there to play with her too. :)

First day of spring!

Even though it didn't "really" feel like the first day of spring yet, Addy and I made our voyage to Rita's for our FREE WATER ICE! This year we went with Birthday Cake, and it was pretty awesome. Just for fun, check out last year's first day of spring! Its amazing how much she's changed in a year. This year, she was able to eat it all by herself without any mess in the stroller while I jogged her home!

Thankfully, our heater was fixed (although, not really I still think a new heater is in our immediate future). So when we got back, Addyson was pretty chilly, so it was nice to have a warm house to go home too!

Sleeping Addyson

It never gets old watching Addyson sleeping on our video monitor. She always looks just so peaceful. Little did we know that she would end up getting cold enough to take the socks off of her cat and put them on herself because our heater broke, again!
