Saturday, May 5th - Cinco de Mayo

Addy had an awesome day celebrating at Bobby and Clair's house! She enjoyed playing with the other kiddo's, wearing sombraro's, and hitting the piñata.

Friday, May 4th - May the fourth be with Addyson

And it was! She doesn't have a bacterial infection... yet! The doctor told me that she seems OK for now, just to make sure she stay's hydrated.

And... THANKS DAD! For some awesome new gates on our deck! They ROCK! I love the new play pen for Addyson!! :)

Thursday, May 3rd - Its Addy's turn now :(

I think she has what I had. She was a sick little girl this afternoon, very snugly, very tired and very warm (100.3). Hopefully we can get her to the doctors tomorrow and they will give her antibiotics to help fight her infection.

I'm still not exactly sure what I had because my fabulous doctor (not the MAJOR sarcasm) told me that my throat was red and that since I'd been sick for over a week "We will have to treat that" instead of actually telling me what was wrong with me and just prescribed TWO different antibiotics! In case you haven't heard this story, she also told me that she recommends to her patients to NOT finish their antibiotics, but when they start to feel better to just stop them. I mean unless she has access to some new cutting edge microbiology, I really don't think she can actually have a medical degree!

Addy's doctors though are SOOOOO much better than mine. Maybe they will start to take adults too (or I can only hope)!

Also, a HUGE congratulations to the Campoli family!! Lily Reese was born this afternoon! Such a GREAT middle name!! ;) Isn't she SO cute and doesn't Jennie look so good for just giving birth?!?!

Wednesday, May 2nd - Kisses, Kisses

I just added pictures to yesterday's post (that I forgot to add last night).

Addy at the ripe old age of 13 months knows how to manipulate those around her to get what she wants. Lately she has been using her "kisses" to steal toys, get extra snack at day care, and have them create pretty hairstyles for her. Her teachers keep telling me how she likes to blow kisses to them and then steal the toy they are holding without breaking eye contact with them!

Tuesday, May 1st - 13 Months!

Wow! Really, 13 Months!! What?

Addyson is really turning into a toddler. I guess I need to come our of denial. Today her daycare teacher, Miss Val, said that in a few weeks they will start transitioning her to the toddler room! Aaahhhhh! I can't believe it! When she first started at daycare she was only 4 months old. Please tell me where the time went!
